Alexey Plotnikov
Director General of JSC "Giprosvyaz-4"

Alexey V. Plotnikov is the Director General of JSC "Giprosvyaz-4". He was born on February 25th, 1968 in Marshanka village, Kargat district, Novosibirsk region. In 1986-1988 he served in USSR Armed Forces in Afghanistan and was awarded a medal "For Military Merit".

In 1993 he graduated from Novosibirsk State Technical University specialized in "Design and installation of communication structures" and since 1994 he has been working for OJSC "Giprosvyaz-4".

During 13 years of experience he passed the way from a common engineer up to the Deputy Director General, including 10 years when he worked as a Chief Project Engineer. In January 2016 he was appointed to the position of Director General of JSC "Giprosvyaz-4".

He is married, has a daughter.
