Communication structures engineering institute GIPROSVYAZ-4 was established in 1960 in Novosibirsk. GIPROSVYAZ-4 is practically unique basic engineering organization in Ural, Siberia and the Far East regions, that performscommunication objectsdesign of national and international importance, such as trunk cable, radio relay, satellite communication systems, automatic city and long-distance telephone and telegraph exchanges, communication systems with mobile objects, TV, radio, data transfer structures, perspective schemes of communication means development. At present time the institute is performing works throughout the whole Russian Federation, in any climate conditions.
GYPROSVYAZ-4 as an institute carries out complex engineering design, including buildings and structures for communication objects with its engineering equipment.
The basis of scientific and technical potential of the institute is formed by the following structure units:
